What this Policy Covers

All who act on behalf of Wise Galleria must adhere to this policy. It covers employment practices, supplier interactions, recruitment, customer service, and daily operations in line with UK Equality Act 2010 and EU Charter of Fundamental Rights.

Managersβ Additional Duties
Managers play a pivotal role in applying and modelling inclusive behavior. They must:
- Inspire inclusive values within their teams.
- Train staff on EDI policies.
- Handle discrimination concerns with care and urgency.
- Evaluate decisions on merit and ensure equal access to opportunities.

Making a Complaint
If you experience or witness discrimination:
- Report to your manager immediately.
- Use our Grievance Procedure if applicable.
- Complaints will be investigated thoroughly and confidentially.

Handling Allegations
All claims will be reviewed carefully. If the claim is false or malicious, it may lead to disciplinary action. If proven true, disciplinary action β up to dismissal for gross misconduct β will apply for the offender.
