Whistleblowers are legally protected under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 (UK) and EU Whistleblower Directive (EU 2019/1937). Wise Galleria guarantees no retaliation, discrimination, or disadvantage for genuine disclosures made in good faith.

🚫 False Allegations

While we encourage all good-faith reporting, malicious or knowingly false reports are a serious offence and may lead to disciplinary action.

📋 Investigation Procedure

Once a report is received, it will be acknowledged within 2 working days. A confidential investigation will be carried out by the appropriate appointed officer. Outcomes may include disciplinary action, legal reporting, or procedural improvements.

🔄 Policy Review

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure effectiveness and compliance with UK and EU whistleblowing regulations.
