Wise Galleria Return Policy

At Wise Galleria, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, our return policy allows you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wisegalleria.co.uk. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Holiday Extended Return Period

To make your holiday shopping stress-free, we offer an extended return window from December 10 to January 15. Purchases made during this time can be returned within 40 days instead of the usual 30-day period, giving you extra flexibility during the holiday season.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest possible fulfillment of your request.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your purchase was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still be in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging) and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary.
