Whether you order a compact home accessory or a full-size dining set, we offer tailored delivery methods to suit the item — at no cost to you.


📦 Delivery Methods

Furniture Icon Wise Galleria Delivery (Large Furniture)

  • For large items like dining tables, sideboards, or beds
  • Delivered to ground floor of your property
  • Delivery within 2-4 working days

Remote Areas (Cornwall, Devon, Northumberland, Cumbria, Scotland): Allow up to 20 working days.

Need help with stairs or room setup? 2-man delivery is available upon request (optional upgrade).

Parcel Icon Parcel Courier (Small Items)

  • Ideal for compact goods, homeware, and accessories
  • Delivered to your doorstep within 3 working days
  • Tracked delivery with email link

Pallet Icon Standard Pallet Courier (Heavy Items)

  • Kerbside or driveway delivery
  • Items delivered on a wooden pallet, securely packed
  • Delivery within 10 working days
  • Note: Customers are responsible for pallet disposal

Speed Icon Premium Fast Pallet

  • Express pallet delivery for eligible products
  • Delivered to kerbside within 3 working days
  • Not suitable for properties with restricted access (e.g. flats)

✅ Free UK Mainland Delivery

We are proud to offer FREE standard delivery to all UK mainland addresses for all delivery services listed above.

  • No minimum spend
  • No postcode restrictions (except remote offshore postcodes below)
  • Tracking provided via email

🚫 Excluded Postcodes (Delivery Not Available):

BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA, PH, PO30-41, ZE


📭 Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

If you’re not available at the scheduled time:

  • A calling card will be left or you’ll be contacted by the courier
  • If items are returned to our warehouse, redelivery may take up to 10 additional working days
  • Always notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule

🔍 Tracking & Notifications

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email once dispatched
  • Please check spam/junk folders
  • Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate

🧱 Access Restrictions

If your property has limited access (e.g. apartment, gated community, narrow street), please notify us before dispatch so we can arrange an alternative method if necessary.


📦 Packaging & Handling

We take great care to securely package your order. Pallet deliveries will remain on the pallet at kerbside. Couriers do not unpack items or remove pallets — please dispose of them responsibly.


⚠️ Delays

While we aim to meet stated delivery windows, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or courier network issues. We’ll notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
