Is delivery really free on every order?
Yes. Free UK mainland delivery on every order, no minimum spend. Scottish Highlands, Islands and NI are also free (4–7 days). Channel Islands quoted at checkout.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm Mon–Fri usually ship the same day. UK mainland typically arrives in 2–3 working days. You’ll get a tracking link by email once it’s on the way.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — Klarna 0% (Pay in 3 or Pay Later) is available at checkout on orders over £30. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major cards.
What’s your returns policy?
30 days, no fuss. If it’s not right, send it back for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email hello@wisegalleria.co.uk to start a return.
Do products come with a warranty?
Minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty on every product. Bisley and Phoenix Safe come with extended warranties up to 10 years. Qube by Bisley: 5 years.
Is assembly required?
Most furniture arrives flat-packed with clear instructions and the tools you need. Assembly difficulty is noted on each product page.
Do you offer a Price Match?
Yes. Find the same item cheaper on another UK retailer and email us within 14 days of your order — we’ll match it.
Are the brands genuine?
Yes. Every brand we stock (HOMCOM, Outsunny, Vinsetto, PawHut, Bisley, Phoenix Safe, and more) is sourced directly from authorised UK distributors. No knock-offs, no grey imports.
