30-Day Returns

Not quite right? You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund.

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the return.
  • We’ll arrange free collection for faulty or damaged items. For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return postage.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@wisegalleria.co.uk with your order number.
  2. We’ll send a returns label and instructions within 4 hours (Mon–Fri).
  3. Pack it back up, drop it at the carrier, and wait for your refund.

Warranty

Every product on Wise Galleria comes with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Some brands offer longer:

  • Bisley: up to 10 years on office storage
  • Phoenix Safe: up to 10 years on safes
  • Qube by Bisley: 5 years

What’s not covered

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage from misuse, accident, or modification.
  • Items returned after 30 days (for change of mind) or beyond the warranty period (for defects).
